Sports Foam Balls
What type of fan-gear do you have in the U.K.?
I’m working on a catalog cover with a sports theme that has to be used in both the U.S. and the U.K. (and some Europe). I don’t want to show any sports balls, but would like to decorate it with team gear in our corporate colors for some ambiguous sport.
In the U.S., we’d have pom-poms, pennants, flags, foam fingers, etc. Is there anything here that is absolutely not used in the U.K.? Are there more? Imagine what a fan would have in the stands or at home in front of the television.
I can do two separate covers if necessary to make this work, but traditionally – we keep the covers uniform for this one book per year.

Well, in my experience, we generally stick to team flags, team shirts, scarves and occasionally hats. We never use pom-poms, pennants or foam fingers lmao.
